Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside our app. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or free trial end date to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open the subscription screen or Profile and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account (or Google account) you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play order history.
Do I need an account?
No. Train at Home has no accounts. Your plan, answers and progress are stored on your device.
Do you see my health answers?
No. Your answers, including health questions such as pregnancy or medical conditions, stay on your device and are never sent to us.
How do I delete my data?
Open Profile and tap Delete my data. This erases everything the app saved on your device. Deleting the app also removes it.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
Your progress is stored on your device, so it moves only if your phone backup (such as iCloud Backup) is restored onto the new phone. There is no account to sign in to.
A video will not play. What can I do?
Videos are streamed, so you need an internet connection. Check your connection and reopen the workout. The app shows a photo and the coach keeps guiding you if a video is unavailable. If it keeps happening, email us with the exercise name.
How do I turn reminders off?
Turn them off in the app settings, or in your phone Settings under Notifications, then Train at Home.
Is Train at Home safe for me?
Train at Home is a fitness app, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Check with your doctor before you start, and stop if something hurts. Most exercises have an easier option.
Are the coaches real people?
No. The coach pictures and voices are AI-generated characters.
Who can use the app?
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, please use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.
