About these terms

Train at Home ("the app") is provided by DroidAppBD ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to the iPhone app; if these terms and Apple's standard terms conflict, Apple's standard terms prevail for the parts they cover.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these terms and is responsible for any purchase made on their account.

Health disclaimer

Train at Home is a fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The workouts, plans, safety questions and messages in the app are general information and are not medical advice.

Check with your doctor or another qualified health professional before you start any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, have a heart or blood pressure condition, osteoporosis, joint or back problems, an injury, or any other health concern, or if you have not exercised for a long time. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. Exercise involves a risk of injury. You use the app and do the exercises at your own risk and must choose the pace and options that are right for you. We cannot guarantee any result.

Exercise videos, coaches and content

Some exercise videos are streamed from a licensed provider and may be unavailable at times; the app is designed to carry on without them. The coaches in the app, including their pictures and voices, are AI-generated characters and are not real trainers. Coach voice: AI-generated voice (ElevenLabs), recorded in advance and included in the app. All content in the app, including text, images, audio, video and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Your licence and what you may not do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or share the app or its content, reverse engineer it, remove any notices from it, extract or reuse the streamed videos or links, or use any automated means to access our media server.

Free features and Train at Home Plus

Train at Home is free to download and includes free features. Train at Home Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks more workouts and programmes. The features included are described on the subscription screen in the app.

Subscription terms

• Price and length. The price, billing period (for example monthly or yearly) and any free trial or introductory offer are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency and set by the store.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of any free trial.
• Free trial. If you are offered a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you will be charged the price shown. A free trial or introductory offer is available once per Apple Account or Google account, where the store allows.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel any time. You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings, not inside our app. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). On Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Restore purchases. If you reinstall the app or get a new device, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile to unlock your subscription again with the same Apple Account or Google account.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
• Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, the store will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
• Your progress. Your workout history and progress stay on your device if you stop subscribing.

Notifications

Reminders are optional and can be turned off at any time in the app or in your phone settings.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features, workouts or content, and we may stop offering the app. We try to keep the app working but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage that results from your use of the app or from relying on its content, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for anything that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
